Terms & Conditions Accepted by Student

A. Declaration

  1. All information provided by me is true, accurate, and complete.
  2. I understand that admission, visa approval, and placement decisions are made by the respective foreign institutions and governments, not by Devrash Institute.
  3. I agree to provide all necessary documents required for my application.

B. Program Understanding

I clearly understand:

Singapore Study Program

  • No IELTS required
  • No bank balance required
  • No embassy interview
  • Processing time approx. 1. month
  • Fees payable only after visa approval (as per institute policy)

Germany Ausbildung / Japan SSW / Other Pathways

  • Requirements differ by country
  • Training, language level, and documentation must be completed
  • Timelines depend on embassy and employer processing

C. Payments & Refund Policy

  1. I understand that service charges, registration fees, and processing fees (if any) are non-refundable, unless explicitly mentioned in writing.
  2. I understand that Devrash Institute is not responsible for:
    • Embassy rejections
    • Changes in immigration rules
    • Delay caused by embassy, employer, or government

D. Document Responsibility

I confirm that:

  1. All documents uploaded/submitted are genuine.
  2. If any document is found fake/altered, my application will be cancelled immediately without refund.
  3. I will respond to all communication from Devrash Institute promptly.

E. Student Responsibilities

I agree to:

  • Attend every interview, counseling session, and training assigned
  • Follow all instructions regarding documentation
  • Attend all language classes without fail
  • Complete the German language on the date which is already told to you by our Devrash Team.
  • Pay my fees on time (as per the program selected)
  • Maintain discipline and a respectful approach with all staff and partners

F. Devrash Institute’s Responsibilities

Devrash Institute agrees to:

  1. Guide me through the complete admission & visa process
  2. Assist with:
    • Documentation
    • Application submission
    • Interview preparation
    • Pre-departure briefing
    • German language training
    • Japan language training

Provide support for accommodation.

G. No Guarantee Clause

I understand that:

  • Visa approval is solely the decision of the immigration authority
  • Job placement is subject to interview, performance, and employer approval
  • Devrash Institute cannot guarantee:
    • Visa
    • Salary
    • Processing timeline
    • Job position (varies according to availability)

H. Data Protection Consent

I confirm that:

  1. All documents uploaded/submitted are genuine.

  3. I will respond to all communication from Devrash Institute promptly.

I. Digital Signature & Acceptance

By typing my name and clicking “I Agree & Submit”, I confirm:

  • I have read and understood all terms
  • I voluntarily accept all conditions
  • This digital signature is legally binding
  • A copy of this accepted agreement will be emailed to me
  • A copy will also be sent to Devrash Institute’s official email
